Our family had an amazing time at Adam’s place. It was everything we needed and more. The beach was easily accessible and was not crowded. The hot tub was a huge bonus. The space and the views were exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place for a family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay here so much and it was close to Gatlinburg. Everything was clean and tidy. Adam was quick to respond with a question mid trip. The driveway is steep but worth it for location and views. We are so glad we stayed.

This was a lovely beach getaway for my children their friends and I. Loved everything about the house and how close it was to the beach Adam as a host was five stars and extremely helpful and kind the views of the ocean are just amazing. The house itself is immaculate and has everything we needed to feel right at home. We would love to book again in the future.

Exceptional beach house with stunning views and easy access to a stunning beach!
Everything was perfection, clean, comfortable, and cozy. Nice surprise it had a hot tub and entertainment area on the ground level.
Having beach chairs, wagon, etc to use was an added bonus! We’ll be back!

Very clean and comfortable! Easy walk to the beach with 6 kids. The beds were very comfortable and everyone had plenty of space. Adam was a great host, very responsive and had excellent recommendations for restaurants nearby. Beautiful view off the deck, we will definitely be booking again!

We loved staying here! The house was in immaculate condition and everything was nice and clean. Great layout and perfect distance to the beach. Beautiful views from the balcony. Our host, Adam, was extremely responsive any time I had a question. We will definitely be back!

This past weekend was perfect! The house was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was beautiful/clean had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and it felt like home the second we walked in.
The best part was the location — just a short walk to the beach with beautiful views. We spent mornings on the big deck with coffee and evenings watching the sunset. The neighborhood was peaceful but still close enough to restaurants and shops.
It was such a relaxing getaway, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. Definitely a spot we’d love to come back to!
