Welcome to the sought after Cabana Beach Community in Fort Morgan! Our house offers the relaxing experience of Fort Morgan combined with convenient access to Gulf Shores with major attractions being a short drive (~13 miles) away. Enjoy an easy 2 minute walk to our private community beach with little foot traffic and gorgeous views. We also offer access to all of the Beach Club Resort amenities which neighbors our community for a nominal daily fee. GENERAL - bring your own subscriptions for Smart TV Streaming - linens/towels & starter shampoo/soap provided - security cameras (ring doorbell, parking area) on site for your protection - Rental agreement - required to sign within 48 hours of booking; NO PETS, no parties - Large park grill on site - BYO charcoal - beach buggy, beach chairs, toys etc - condition not guaranteed due to guest use - not guaranteed with booking, but The Beach Club Resort hosts a FIREWORKS show on Memorial Day & 4th of July which is easily viewed from the deck of the house with cocktail in hand - very nice perk for families with children! ATTRACTIONS - 1.8 miles to KIVA Dunes - excellent golfing - 3 miles to Jesse's on The Bay - 8 miles to Fort Morgan Marina - 13.4 miles to The Hangout IMPORTANT: We do not refund for things beyond our control which includes weather (red tide, hurricanes), pandemics, illness (covid etc). Please purchase travel insurance if you feel this might impact your stay. Our cancellation policy is strict and important. We're in a tropical climate. We have all walks of nature including mosquitos, ants, geckos, bugs, snakes, bobcats, alligators, etc, etc. We have pest control that sprays periodically but that does not stop nature 100%. Because of this, we don't offer discounts or refunds for environmental surprises that we cannot control.
